Production Operative
Our client, a leading manufacturer in St. Helens is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their team.
Salary - £13.45 per hour
6-month contract initially with an extension to 12 month rolling contract thereafter
This is a varied role where you will work flexibly across different areas of their production operation, including dispatch, lamination, card finishing, punching and general production duties.
Key Responsibilities
Working across different production departments as required. Operating production and finishing equipment following training. Checking products for quality and accuracy. Packing, counting and preparing orders for dispatch. Following production schedules, instructions and health & safety procedures. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Supporting colleagues and meeting production deadlines.
About You
Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Good attention to detail. Able to work well as part of a team. Flexible and willing to learn new skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Previous production, manufacturing, printing, finishing or warehouse experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
