We are seeking a Procurement Systems Specialist to join the Procurement Digital Transformation team. You will support global and regional procurement teams, working on cross-functional projects and analysing indirect critical categories. This role offers a blend of system administration, process improvement, training, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document standard processes for procurement systems. Implement standard procurement system procedures across the business. Develop standardised training for all procurement systems. Support and manage digital transformation projects from evaluation to implementation. Assist procurement users with system queries and troubleshooting. Measure performance against compliance objectives. Maintain key procurement data with accuracy.
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience working with systems and digital applications (SAP and Ariba advantageous).
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Awareness of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
- A second language is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to undertake occasional overseas travel.
