Operations Executive Location: Wirral (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum + £3,000 – £5,000 commission

DATS Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, growing serviced accommodation provider based on the Wirral. For over 25 years, they have provided high-quality, fully furnished apartments and homes for short to medium stays, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence.

They are now seeking a proactive, organised Operations Executive to join their team and support the day-to-day management of their accommodation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations across multiple serviced units Manage schedules for maintenance, housekeeping, and compliance checks Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards Monitor stock levels of linens, toiletries, and other consumables Liaise with external suppliers and contractors Support guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving any on-site issues Keep accurate records of property status, maintenance, and performance indicators Assist in the onboarding of new properties, including setup and furnishing Work closely with internal teams such as reservations, customer service, and finance

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in operations, hospitality, property management, or serviced accommodation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment Proficient with digital tools such as property management systems, Google Workspace or MS Office A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred or required depending on area)

Desirable:

Knowledge of property compliance and health & safety regulations Familiarity with platforms such as Booking.com, Rightmove, Zoopla or VRBO
