We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our West-Midlands based client on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading regional contractor with one of the strongest reputations and pipelines in the West-Midlands.

 

This is a Site-Based role, taking ownership of a new build development valued at circa £16million.

New build experience is vital, as is a stable career history to date.

 

BSc in Quantity Surveying is ideal, though not a necessity.

 

What are the pay and benefits?

 

For the right Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’d be looking at:

  • Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum
  • Generous vehicle allowance
