Senior Quantity Surveyor

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum + company package

Greater Manchester

 

Role:

A leading Contractor has an incredibly exciting opportunity to join one of the most prestigious developments in the Northwest.

This is a well established and well-known business who have undertaken some of the most challenging and iconic developments in the Greater Manchester region in recent years.

The successful Senior QS will take ownership of a new-build projects in the region, valued at up to £20million. It’s vital that you have experience with high value new build developments, ideally for a Tier One Contractor.

MRICS would be highly advantageous and a stable career history to date is essential.

 

Remuneration

  • As Senior QS, you’d be looking at:
  • Salary up to £60,000 per annum
  • Company package (car allowance, healthcare, generous pension contribution etc…)
  • Industry leading training and development opportunities.
