We are currently looking to assist our client - a major global EPC company operating in the process energy, and defence sectors - with a requirement for a Project Integrator Manager. This will be on a contract role based out of a location in France, around 150km east of Paris. Start dates will not be until April 2022 but our client has asked us to begin sourcing candidates immediately.
A brief specification is given below, however no further details on the job or applicable project have been made available and so these will be shared with interested candidates when they are released to us. In the meantime we are looking for experienced candidates according to the below details. Rates are expected to be around £80 per hour (gross Ltd Co rate) with an additional £150 per diem. UK based contractors will be required to obtain a frontier work permit but help and advice will be provided to the successful candidate.

Project Integrator Manager - France based
Maintains and manages IMS for all client activities, equipment installation and commissioning, trials activities, maintenance etc.
Manages Risks & Opportunities, monthly reporting, programme change control
Deconfliction of UK and FR activities at with French counterpart.
Ensures alignment and availability of facilities through the phase 2 uplift to enable planned activities in accordance with the JOS.
Leads the project managers to deliver the IMS.
Delivery - They are responsible for delivering the benefits and outcomes by applying sound principals of project and programme management. The projects that they are managing are their responsibility to deliver successfully.
Resources - Identify skill gap and requirements; and deploy and develop resources. Manage medium sized team.
Risks and Issues - Proactively manage and monitor delivery and operational risks, opportunities and issues. Develop mitigating actions and recovery plans on occasion escalate as appropriate.
Monitoring and Reporting - Performance, productivity and quality control should be performance managed by the PIM and should be reported to senior management on a weekly basis. The PIM should make changes to systems, procedures or labour to combat any dips in productivity, performance or quality.
