Lead Quantity Surveyor

Circa £70,000 per annum + package

We are looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor for an established national contractor on site in Coventry. The role is to oversee a major new development, valued in excess of £30million.

Experience leading similarly sized, town centre projects as either a “Lead Quantity Surveyor” or as Commercial Manager is vital, and without this experience, I’m afraid we won’t be able to consider you.

The successful Lead QS will be hands on and take financial responsibility for this key project. They will have the confidence and knowledge to address any potential issues on site immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to establish themselves with an ambitious and growing company.

MRICS would be nice, but it won’t be held against you if you haven’t pursued Chartership.

As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you’d be looking at:

  • Salary circa £70,000 per annum – if you would be after a smidge more, that’s fine, get in touch.
  • Company package (car allowance, healthcare, generous pension contribution etc…)
  • Industry leading training and development opportunities.

If you feel this opportunity could be a fit for your skills and experience, click the apply button!

Recruitment processes with our clients usually move quickly and successful applicants will advance to interview stage promptly. Regrettably, only applicants who demonstrate the required experience outlined in the advert will be contacted.
