We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join an established design, engineering and construction company operating in the nuclear sector based in the Warrington area.



What does the job involve?


Responsible for construction site safety inspections.

Promote health and safety excellence across the company to both staff and clients.

Run regular initiatives, training programmes and collate safety related statistics.

Continue to uphold and promote companywide safety programme.

Assist construction staff in the set-up of our sites including pre-construction activities such as Induction programmes, Construction Phase Plans, F10's and staff training.

The candidate will be an able communicator at all levels and will be familiar with the Considerate Constructor scheme, D&A policies, construction wellness and worker support programmes.

The role will involve working on projects across a range of industrial sectors including chemicals, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals.


What skills and experience do you need?

At least 10 years’ experience in practical and hands on Health & Safety role within an engineering & construction environment.

Health & Safety qualified in NEBOSH or IOSH.
