We are currently looking to support our client based in the Surrey region with a requirement for a Specialist Electrical OHL Engineer for an immediate start. This is a part time requirement for an estimated 20 hours per week and running for 12 months with possible extensions. Some element of home working will also be possible as agreed with the Discipline Manager.

Job Description Consultant engineer / Owner's Engineer - background is power generation & transmission.

132kV OHL engineer to produce tender documents for an OHL contractor to design / procure / install OHLs. The power to be transmitted is 1GW over a distance of around 50km across a desert type environment. Ongoing consultancy in an Owner's Engineer type role reviewing Contractor proposals and then working with the Contractor during the EPC phase.
Weekly Hours 20 hours (to be agreed)
