Simon’s been with DATS for more than 25 years and became a Director back in 2004. His recruitment experience spans a variety of industrial sectors including oil & gas, nuclear, scientific and manufacturing. He has significant success in recruiting highly qualified engineers for roles in the UK as well as overseas, with salaries ranging from £20k to £70k.

Simon likes nothing better than filling difficult roles for clients and also finds great satisfaction in finding young and aspiring engineers their first role or new career opportunities.

A little bit more about me...

In his spare time, Simon is a member of a choir. He rehearses with them weekly and performs at various community and charity performances throughout the year. They raised over £5000 last year for local charities!

Before recruitment, Simon was a horticulturist and, as an RHS member, still has a passion for all things green today. He enjoys spending time nurturing his allotment and often shares the delicious results with his colleagues in the office.
