QUANTITY SURVEYOR – NORTH WEST

We're recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Managing valuations, variations, final accounts & payment certificates
✔ Cost control, risk management & margin protection
✔ Monitoring subcontractor and labour costs
✔ Supporting tenders, subcontract orders & procurement
✔ NEC contract administration and commercial project delivery
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years' QS experience and/or relevant qualification
• NEC3 or NEC4 experience (Contractor or Subcontractor side)
• ME&I experience desirable
• Oracle experience desirable
• Flexible to work on-site and support regional projects
