Join a technical team delivering challenging projects in a highly regulated environment. This role reports to the Section Head of CE&I and CMS and offers the chance to take ownership of innovative control and instrumentation work.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and specifying control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation
- Producing high-quality technical documentation and reports
- Working with subcontractors and suppliers on designs and factory tests
- Analysing plant data to improve performance and efficiency
- Supporting project proposals, schedules, and budgets
- Travelling to European suppliers and project sites as required
We’re looking for someone with:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering
- Experience specifying or designing control systems in process environments
- Knowledge of PLC hardware, SCADA, instrumentation, and control cabinets
- Familiarity with UKCA, CE, UL compliance standards
- Strong communication and IT skills
- French or German language skills are a bonus
- DV clearance (must hold or be eligible)
