Lead Estimator
Location: Leatherhead (ideally 4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Rate: £65 per hour (Ltd)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9 months
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to support a range of projects, providing high-quality and fully auditable cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates

Ensure all estimates are fully auditable

Assess accuracy, uncertainties, risks, and contingencies

Work in line with authorised estimate plans
Essential Skills:

Strong industry experience in a similar role

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ACCE (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator) – essential
