💰 Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects, offering expert guidance and sustainable design solutions.
- Conduct audits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Support bids and review tenders to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- Manage design subcontracts and deliver detailed electrical designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with design standards and CDM 2015 responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Principal Electrical Engineer across multiple sectors.
- Strong knowledge of regulated construction projects and full project lifecycle.
- Proficient in British Standards, CDM 2015, and LV/HV systems.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux, SKM, and digital engineering tools.
- Experience in hazardous area design and quality assurance.
- Passionate about mentoring and driving efficiency.
