Subcontracts Supervisor – Contract Role (Outside IR35)
Location: Surrey (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
Rate: £60 per hour Ltd Co
Contract Type: Contract, Full-Time
Estimated End Date: 31 December 2026

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Subcontracts Supervisor to support a major Aramco project. This is a full-time office-based role in Surrey, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of subcontracts from pre-award tendering to post-award administration and closeout.

Subcontracts Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of FEED and consultancy support contracts

  • Prepare and issue tender documentation, ensuring completeness and viability

  • Lead tender strategy and clarification meetings

  • Manage communication and documentation with tenderers, including bulletins and clarifications

  • Oversee timely execution of commercial and technical bid evaluations

  • Prepare and issue contracts and related documentation

  • Conduct contract Kick-Off Meetings and lead post-award management

  • Monitor and report contract progress using internal project systems

  • Drive contract close-out processes efficiently

Subcontracts Supervisor Relationships

  • Collaborate closely with the multi-discipline project team

  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and OIMs

  • Maintain communication with client and internal stakeholders

Subcontracts Supervisor Essential Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant subject

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in contracts and procurement

  • Strong background in supply chain and subcontracts management

  • Experience in full contract lifecycle, from tender through to closeout

  • Prior Aramco project experience highly advantageous
