Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in post-award contract management? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset? We’re looking for a driven individual to join our client's London-based procurement team to ensure the smooth administration of contracts and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the procurement team and contract holders in managing post-award contract activities. Attend handover, kick-off, and progress meetings, recording accurate minutes. Monitor contract KPIs such as spend tracking and expiry dates. Verify compliance documentation from contractors and identify any contractual irregularities. Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Finance, HSE) and external contractors. Assist in handling disputes, contractual changes, and claims. Ensure complete and traceable contract documentation is maintained. Contribute to lessons learned and process improvement initiatives.

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration, ideally in the energy or engineering sector. Strong understanding of contractual terms & conditions, legal compliance, and HSE requirements.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus but not essential. Proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Desirable:

Knowledge of procurement planning, bid evaluations, and pre-award activities. Familiarity with volume discounts, liquidated damages, and contractor performance tracking.
