Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing company expenses via an online portal.
- Generate monthly expenses reports.
- Provide support to the payroll team with weekly administrative tasks.
- Organize and distribute payroll queries to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to general administrative inquiries.
- Assist in weekly sick pay reporting and processing.
- Gather and compile payroll information for the team's use.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls within the payroll department.
- Support the payroll team with various payroll-related administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage50 Payroll is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
