We're seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join our client’s innovative team at a residential conveyancing solicitor in Liverpool. Compensation ranges from £34,000.to £38,000.
The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of a Conveyancer:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in handling all aspects of conveyancing at an accomplished level.
- Lead a team of three members, overseeing and guiding a conveyancer and conveyancing assistant.
- Responsible for assigning tasks within the team and ensuring efficient management of all files under supervision.
- Accountable for achieving successful completions and meeting annual financial targets for files opened under their name.
- Foster the professional development and progression of the conveyancer and conveyancing assistant.
- Actively engage in business development efforts and maintain awareness of relevant opportunities.
- Identify and address training needs within the team to enhance overall performance.
Compensation:
£34,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working Hours:
9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement:
Four weeks of paid holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
