DATS Recruitment is now internationally accredited in the Personal Profile Analysis, provided by Thomas International, allowing us to offer you the tools required to confidently recruit the right talent to fit with your business. Thomas’ psychometric tests have been subject to rigorous scientific testing to determine reliability and validity as psychological assessments. They are registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) after being audited against the technical criteria established by the European Standing Committee on Tests and Testing, part of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.

What is the Personal Profile Analysis?
The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) psychometric assessment provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work, giving you a greater understanding of your candidates and an added layer of information that a CV cannot provide. The PPA takes a person just 8 minutes to complete and will immediately be able to answer questions such as: what are a candidate’s strengths and limitations? How do they prefer to communicate? Are they self-starters? And what motivates them? The PPA provides a wealth of information and there are 25 different reports available that give insight into a candidate’s behavioural profile, including Talent Selection, Management Strengths, Interviewers Guide and Onboarding.
