Role:

A leading regional contractor has an exciting opportunity to join their pre-construction team as an Estimator

This established and well known business have enjoyed a strong end to 2020 and are looking to grow out their Pre-Construction function

Sectors include Commercial, Education, Industrial and Healthcare amongst others, with projects valued at between £5mil and £50mil. As part of your role, you’ll liaise with planners, design manager, bid managers, surveyors and it’s imperative that you are able to work from first principles.

If you have knowledge with ConQuest, then that’s an immediate plus as well.

Remuneration

As an Estimator, you’d be looking at:
Salary up to £70,000 per annum
Company package (car allowance, healthcare, generous pension contribution etc…)
Clear path for progression
