- LNG Operations & Maintenance Lead Engineer (Commissioning & Operations Sub-Lead)

We are seeking an experienced LNG Operations & Maintenance Lead Engineer to support the delivery of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) deliverables for a major two-train LNG FEED project. This role will involve working closely with both UK and overseas engineering, commissioning, and operations teams. For the right candidate, a Jakarta-based assignment may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a wide range of high-quality LNG Operations deliverables, including:
- Logistics Requirements and Management Plans
- Crew Change and Personnel Transfer Plans
- O&M Workshop Reports
- Inspection and Maintenance Plans
- Turnaround planning
- CMMS inputs
- Consumable estimates
- Provide O&M support to teams in both the home office and Jakarta.
- Participate in HAZOP, model reviews, P&ID reviews, and plot plan reviews as required.
Education & Experience
- BSc/B.Eng in Engineering or HNC in a relevant discipline.
- 10–15 years’ LNG operations experience.
- Strong technical writing skills, with proven experience producing LNG O&M deliverables.
- Highly self-motivated, with strong planning and organisational abilities.
Project Overview
This project involves the development of an onshore LNG facility designed to monetise a significant offshore gas and condensate field. Key features under study include:
- A two-train LNG plant using propane/mixed refrigerant technology, with a total nominal capacity of 9.5 MTPA.
- Single-containment LNG storage and export via jetty loading to LNG and condensate carriers.
