As a Trainee Fabricator, you will have the chance to learn from our experienced team and develop your skills in metal fabrication. Upon successful completion of the 3 month contract, role will become permanent. The initial pay is £11.44 per hour, and there are opportunities for overtime with increased rates.
Overtime Rates:
Weekdays: Base Pay *1.25
Saturdays: Base Pay *1.5
Sundays: Base Pay *2
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work productively and safely in compliance with our systems of work
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping
- Minimise waste by using materials and consumable items efficiently
- Fitting and assembly skills including the use of hand tools and marking out
- Maintain good levels of workmanship and traceability
- Measurement and inspection techniques using a variety of equipment
- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when required

Hours: 7am – 5.30pm 4x day Mon -Thur. The doors are left open until 6.15pm for an easier commuting time.
When overtime is avaliable, it is paid at x1.25 through the week and Friday (non scheduled day) . 1.5x Saturday, 2x Sunday.
