Job Vacancy: Network Modeller (wastewater)
Network modellers required for permanent poaitions based in new offices in Solihull.

To be successful in this role you will have solid experience of hydraulic modelling, preferably with the use of Infoworks, along with knowledge of hydraulics, runoff models, model build and model analysis.
A worldwide team of professionals involved in designing, managing and implementing leading edge programmes and projects in the water, environmental and energy sectors currently have a number of opportunities for Network Modellers to work in their newly opened office in Solihull. My client would welcome applications from candidates with some experience within this role, up to lead positions.
The Solihull office can expect to work for a number of major clients including Thames Water, Southern Water and other regional water organisations to deliver a significant number of major projects as a part of the AMP4 capital investment programme. Additionally the Crawley office will provide support to my clients other offices in the United Kingdom.
You will working within the wastewater networks modelling team and you will be undertaking sewerage modelling and design projects. The core work with which you will be involved will consist of hydraulic modelling and optioneering, drainage area planning and development assessments for any of my clients major clients
To be successful in this role you will have solid experience of hydraulic modelling, preferably with the use of Infoworks, along with knowledge of hydraulics, runoff models, model build and model analysis. You should be confident in the use of Excel, database type packages and have good data manipulation abilities, along with a good working knowledge of GIS packages (preferably Mapinfo).
In addition to the required technical skill you should have the ability to work well within a team environment. For the senior role you will be experienced in the management and development of staff. Ideally you will be Chartered or near Chartered status and have knowledge of water, wastewater and flooding legislation.
