THE POSITION
The Manager of Project Services reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for the management of the Project Services Department that comprises Project Controls, Cost Estimating and Contract Administration, all of which are managed by their respective Heads.
The Project Services Department provides the personnel, systems and resources to projects to ensure the successful execution of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning and handover activities within the project cost and schedule constraints, and with due regard for QA, HSE and Community considerations.
The Department provides ad-hoc support to the projects as and when requested by the Project Director/Manager and is responsible for ensuring that projects comply with the Project Services Departmental Directives.
The Project Services Department also provide all Project Services input including strategies, methodologies and plans as well as write-ups, estimate inputs and presentations as required to proposals as requested by the Proposal Manager
