Overview:
Dedicated and enthusiastic software developer, specialising in the creation of database driven ASP.net business systems, with a desire for career advancement in a challenging and technical position.
Broad skill set includes supervising staff, business system ownership, database design and development, document control, designing workflows, data analysis and graphic design.

Key experience includes:
* Over three years experience working in an IT department in the oil and gas industry, one year working freelance.
* Industry experience in end to end applications development lifecycle with Visual Studio and Oracle 10G to build web applications.
* Master of Science in Information Technology degree with distinction.
* Programming languages include Visual Basic, ASP.net, SQL, HTML and JavaScript

Qualifications:
2007Oracle Database 10G: Administration Workshop 1 Ed 3
2006 Building Effective ASP.NET 2 web Applications using Visual Studio 2005
MSc Information Technology Distinction - Graduated 2004
BA Honours Fine Art - 2:1 - Graduated 2001

Technical Skills
* Object orientated programming. Languages include Visual Basic.NET, VBA, VBScript and Java.
* Web technologies: ASP.NET, PHP, XSLT, XML, JavaScript, Ajax, Flash, Action Script, CSS and HTML.
* Database technologies: Oracle 10G database installation, development and administration experience, relational database design, SQL, creating tablespaces, users, roles, sequences and triggers.
* Understanding and experience in the full software development lifecycle.
* Configuration of Windows Server 2003 for web application hosting.
* Strong graphic design skills and extensive experience with Photoshop.
* Natural ability to assimilate new languages and technologies
