Coming from a sales background, Pauline has built up excellent relationships with clients giving her the ability to match the right candidate to client requirements. Catering for a wide range of disciplines on a permanent and contract basis, from hands-on to high level management roles throughout the UK, Pauline uses her knowledge of various industries to successfully manage her desk.
