A personal touch. We treat you as a person not a number on a payroll. You are an important part of our business and it is critical that we look after you.
- From our initial contact, we will tell you as much as we can about the role
- We will always contact you and only send you forward for a position with your consent.
- We will arrange your interviews and help with your preparation.
- We will negotiate your package and act in your best interests.
- All the way through the process we will be honest with the information we provide you with. It’s not in our interest to say something that isn’t true.
- When you are placed on a contract/temporary basis we will maintain regular contact and see you a minimum of twice a year, wherever you may be in the UK.
If we have placed you on a permanent placement basis we like to carry out an after service (6 months) to ensure that you have settled into your role.
