Vacancy Advertising
Take the hassle out of advertising and having agencies phoning in – Solution – DATS advertise and protect you from the public arena. DATS will provide a low level resourcing service with an ‘open policy’ approach. You would provide the advert, we would post this on various websites and forward all responses directly to you but DATS will not have spoken to any of the candidates. For this service DATS would charge an administration fee that would be agreed before we advertised the role on your behalf.
Resourcing: Recruitment Consultancy
Same as Advertising but DATS would give additional resourcing advice/filtering per role. DATS would advertise, provide a consultant to work alongside/off-site for 3 days, help write the spec/advert, then shortlist the candidates, etc. This will include filtering CV’s, but not talking to candidates. This would still only incur an administration charge but obviously the charge would be higher than in Advertising
Psychometric / Behavioural testing
Same as Advertising and Resourcing but DATS would offer behavioural and psychometric testing. We recommend this is used for 3-5 shortlisted candidates in middle tier roles.
Complete Recruitment Service
We take away all the hassle of recruitment and provide a fixed recruiting fee. You would have a Consultant for three days to assess the requirement and create the behavioural need. We would advertise, select and filter appropriate CVs for shortlisting. We recommend that 3-5 candidates are considered for 1st interview, with the option of carrying out further psychometric assessment of the candidate. Three candidates are included in the package. DATS see this service very much as an extension of your HR dept and would make all the necessary arrangements.
Payroll Services
We will happily payroll people either on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. We offer this service on a competitive basis and dependant upon the numbers payrolled.
