Chris has around 20 years experience in helping companies to develop staff to their full potential in order to meet the requirements of the business. He possesses a high degree of interpersonal awareness and is a results driven, tenacious individual who is comfortable working with all levels of staff from the shop floor to board level.
Chris has an engineering background and is a Member of the British Psychological Society to level A & B, qualified to administer MQ, 16PF, MBTI and various General Ability tests. He has considerable experience of recruitment processes from an in-house perspective within the chemical industry, where he had wide experience of competency-based interviewing and assessment centres.
