How did DATS get involved in Recruitment?

Clients were interested in outsourcing design and consultancy requirements but had an immediate need for a company to provide on site skills on an as and when required basis. DATS took the initiative and advertised for the relevant skills, set-up the necessary payroll structures and placed people on client’s sites. Hence the recruitment of contract staff by DATS was born.
