An adaptable and supportive Safety, Health and Environment Advisor driving continuous improvement utilising strong risk management, system design and problem solving skills, integrating people, process and product in a high specification, manufacturing environment.
Adopting an analytical and planned approach to legislative compliance by interpreting regulations and defining operating policies and procedures, which integrate with business processes to develop a culture where Health and Safety is owned by all stakeholders in the organisation. An effective relationship builder and facilitator using a combination of coaching, mentoring and development skills aligned to defined performance targets and measures, focused on employee wellbeing and reducing cost to the business from accidents, insurance claims and lost productivity

Qualifications:
PhD Organic Chemistry
NEBOSH Diploma Part 1
NVQ 4 Training & Development (Human Resource Development) (Learning Development)
Technician Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (Tech IOSH)
Licentiate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Lic CIPD)
