Job Vacancy: Project Controls Manager

Project Contols Manager - Permanent - high Wycombe
Responsibility for this role will include:
*Organising and control of Programme & Project Management systems in support of delivery team
*Ensuring SWBU commercial management skills

Project Controls Manager required by a worldwide team of professionals involved in designing, managing and implementing leading edge programmes and projects in the water, environmental and energy sectors.

Responsibility for this role will include:
* Organising and control of Programme & Project Management systems in support of delivery team
* Ensuring SWBU commercial management skills

Principal Accountabilities will include:
* Preparation and Analysis of global data for Company Board Reports
* Maintaining existing project control system standards & procedures and driving through improvements
* Ensuring Project Control Data quality is consistent over all regions
Maintain & manipulate of project control data to facilitate programme management efficiencies


Competencies
* To be successful in this role you will possess strong relevant project control/project management experience with proven competence in team management.
* You will have an understanding and previous heavy usage of Primavera project management software as well as high understanding and usage of cost management systems, with demonstratable skills in actual cost collection, accruals and, contingency, change control and risk management
* You should have a design and Construction Management industry background with strong commercial and organizational skills, be self motivated and have a good understanding of project work-flow
* You will have excellent people management skills, liaising with site, project and office staff and be able to work under pressure when dealing with problems and issues.
