Experience Summary: Market research and formation of business plans, Estimating and B of Q’s, Scheme Definition Approval submissions, Environmental analysis and reviews, forming tender shortlists and tender analysis for single stage and multiple stage tendering, conforming of contract documentation and post-contract administration. Further experience includes; forming Risk Registers and risk allocation, Value Engineering and Value Management, Feasibility/Constructability studies and reviews, KPI recording and analysis, Benchmarking, Monthly & Weekly cost reporting including spend profiles, AFC and Earned Value analysis. CAPEX/OPEX forecast calculations and analysis, assessment and agreeing of Variations, Early Warnings and Compensation Events, Adjudication dispute resolution support and consultancy, Life Cycle Costing, Final Account agreement and Auditing.
