• Strong project management skills with previous responsibility for rationalizing existing distribution/warehousing operations and setting up and running new build DC’s
• Confident and persuasive with the proven ability to build credible relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver results
• Uses problem solving and analytical skills to deliver creative and realistic solutions increasing productivity and reducing costs
• Full P&L responsibility well versed in all aspects of planning, budgeting, resourcing, process and people management both in unionised and non unionised environments.
• Possesses an enthusiastic and inclusive leadership style which has enabled him successfully manage people through change.
