Executive Assistant
Location: Chester
Salary: – up to £50k depending on experience
We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide professional support at the highest level to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex executive priorities across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and optimising complex executive calendars, including international and cross-time-zone scheduling.
• Coordinating and supporting board meetings, client engagements, and strategy sessions, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and key documentation.
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring time-sensitive actions and deadlines to ensure progression.
• Supporting critical project meetings and liaising with the wider leadership team.
• Managing domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries.
• Providing 24/7 support during travel to handle unforeseen changes.
• Handling highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Supporting internal expense management systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a global corporate environment.
• Strong background in executive support and international travel logistics.
• Proficient with calendar management tools and Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across time zones.
• Experience working within a regulated management system.
