Document Controller – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (PAYE, North West)
We’re looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting major infrastructure projects in the North West.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting project teams on-site, ensuring compliance with security requirements (HORUS check required).

Managing complex project documentation using systems such as 4Project or SharePoint.

Carrying out quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Tracking vendor documentation and maintaining accurate records.

Assisting with the preparation of O&M manuals and project handover documents.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on track, on time, and to budget.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience managing documentation on UK construction projects.

Confidence using document control systems (e.g. 4Project, SharePoint).

Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Understanding of design workflows and project documentation.

Knowledge of O&M manuals is a plus.

Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
